Terms of Service

1. Who we are
World of Gradients is operated by Jelmoo Studio, established in the Netherlands.
- Chamber of Commerce (KvK): 90725751
- VAT ID: NL865430111B01
- Contact: contact@jelmoo-studio.nl
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your bank or card statement will show Jelmoo Studio.
2. The service
World of Gradients is a browser-based gradient editor. Anyone can view a gradient through a share link. A Gradient Artist subscription unlocks the full editor, including exploring, editing and exporting.
3. Your account
You sign in with your email address; no password is stored. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. An account is personal and may not be shared.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- The Gradient Artist plan costs €3 per month or €30 per year, excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- You can cancel anytime via the Billing button in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; until then you keep full access.
- Business customers can enter a VAT ID at checkout; EU reverse-charge rules are applied automatically where applicable.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. By subscribing you ask us to provide the service immediately. If you withdraw within those 14 days, we refund the amount paid minus a proportionate charge for the days already used. Email us at contact@jelmoo-studio.nl to withdraw.
6. Your exports
Gradients you export are yours. You may use them for any purpose, including commercial work such as branding, prints and digital products. You may not resell access to the service itself or redistribute the editor.
7. Acceptable use
You may not abuse, overload, reverse engineer or scrape the service, or use it in a way that harms other users or the service.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available at all times but provide it "as is", without a guaranteed uptime. Features may evolve over time. We will not remove core functionality from a paid plan during a period you have already paid for.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; in that case no refund is owed for the remainder of the period, unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. EU consumers retain any protection granted by the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes apply.
