1. Who is responsible

Jelmoo Studio (Netherlands, KvK 90725751) is the data controller for World of Gradients. Questions or requests: contact@jelmoo-studio.nl.

2. What we collect

• Account — your email address and sign-in codes, handled by our authentication provider Clerk. No passwords are stored.
• Billing — name, billing address, VAT ID (optional) and payment method, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Gradients — the gradients you make live entirely in the URL. We do not store them on a server.
• Technical logs — basic request logs (IP address, time) at our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

3. Why we process it

• To provide the service and your subscription (performance of a contract).
• To send invoices and keep tax records (legal obligation).
• To keep the service secure (legitimate interest).

We do not sell personal data, show ads or use tracking cookies. Only functional cookies are used to keep you signed in.

4. Who processes data for us

• Clerk — authentication (USA, EU data protection safeguards).
• Stripe — payments and invoices (USA, EU data protection safeguards).
• Vercel — hosting (USA, EU data protection safeguards).

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted on request. Invoice and payment records are kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to or restrict processing. Email contact@jelmoo-studio.nl and we will respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the latest version always lives at this address. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
